Task Description: Class Instructor

Responsible to: Karate Kai UK Management Committee
MAIN DUTIES

To take full responsibility for the clubs coaching sessions when acting as class       
Instructor
.
To maintain high ethical standards in coaching, ensure they keep up-to-date with their knowledge, skills and qualifications and prepare all training sessions in advance.

To undertake training appropriate to the role e.g. child protection training.

To work with and include the Sempai (assistant Instructor) in the preparation and running of each session.

To attend Senior Class and Sensei Meetings.

To offer the club feedback on the organisation and effectiveness of training in classes.

To assist in the selection for Grading.

To inform the Senior Instructor in advance of any sessions that cannot be attended.

To maintain own first aid kit for use in sessions.
