CODE OF PRACTICE FOR MEMBERS

 



Karate Kai U.K is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members. The club believes that it is important that members, Instructors and parents associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with your Class Instructor or Senior Instructor.

As a member of Karate Kai U.K, you are expected to abide by the following code of practice:

All members must adhere to the club etiquette and procedures and respect Instructors   
and their decisions.

All members must respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of age, gender, ability, race, cultural background or religious beliefs or sexual identity.
Members should keep to agreed timings for training and gradings or inform their
Class Instructor or Senior Instructor if they are going to be late.

Members must wear suitable clothing , i.e. a GI or other loose comfortable tracksuit. All students must train in bear feet.

Members must pay any fees for training or events promptly.

Students must inform Class Instructor before each session of any health/injury           
issues that may affect their training.

All members should use Karate in the Dojo only. Any Student found to be using Karate in School or anywhere outside of the Dojo will be dealt with according to the clubs disciplinary procedure.
