Weekly Kata Special Class. Open to all. Prepare for upcoming Grading's with in-depth syllabus Kata Training.
Tuesday
KARATE
6:00-7:30pm
Instructor..... Martin Turner Sensei
Syllabus training, Basics,Kata, Kumite. All ages, all grades.
Wednesday
KICK BOXING, Golden Kick Boxing Acadamy
6:00-7:30
Instructor.....Mick Golden and Gary Millington.
Train to fight or train for fun.
Thursday
KARATE
6:30-8:00pm
Instructor....Matt Payne Sensei.
Syllabus training, Basics,Kata, Kumite. All ages, all grades.
Friday
KARATE
6:00-7:30pm
Instructor.....Mick Golden Shihan.
Basic Syllabus Training with also a lighter approach to training which is great for kids but also for family training.
Saturday
