About your club

​We teach students from the age of 5-75!  We ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​have classes every day of the week in our full time dedicated Dojo in Garden City, Flintshire​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.  We pride ourselves for being a family ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​club and we train in a friendly and positive ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​atmosphere​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.​​​​​​​​

All of our dedicated instructors are not only trained in Karate, but also in area's such as Coaching, child Coaching, First Aid & Child Protection. They also participate in Karate Kai's ongoing Sensei training programme, where they can keep on top of their training and teaching skills, as well as keeping up to date with modern teaching practices. ​



Karate Kai is a FREE STYLE karate Organisaion.  We use Kata from the Shotokan and ​​​​​​​​​​Goju Ryu disciplines as well as other styles of modern karate.  Students are taught that their ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​behaviour​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ and attitude towards their training is as ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​vital a component as ability itself.
